70's
M.A. Acebes started in the sector in the companies ALSINCO and DIAL.
80's
M.A. Acebes and his brother Luis and Avelino Gozalo founded Fualsa.

2000
Incorporation of Alquiber by Jaime Izquierdo and Maximina Ramirez.

2002
Sale of 40% of Fualsa to Northgate and subsequent sales pact.
Fualsa - 10,000 vehicles.
2004
Sale of another 40% of Fualsa to Northgate.
Fualsa - 15,000 vehicles.
2006
Northgate acquires the remaining 20% of Fualsa.
Fualsa with 23,000 vehicles.
M.A. Acebes leaves Northgate.
2009
The Acebes family acquires 100% of Alquiber.
Business focused on the electricity sector and the northern area of the Peninsula.

2010
Opening of Madrid and new sectors and markets.

2011
Sevilla Opening.
AD Marathon Sponsorship

Opening in Barcelona.
Change of delegation in Bilbao.
Significant investment in fleet supported by economic improvements.

Introduction of Alquiber Frio.
